The Boring but Important Stuff

These terms apply to your use of Sports Jobs Asia (the "site"), run by Biggerwaves Internet ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we do

Sports Jobs Asia lists jobs in sport and active living. Many listings are gathered from companies' own public job pages and other public sources, and link to the original posting. We are not the employer, an employment agency or a party to any hiring decision.

Job listings

• We try to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that a job is still open, or that its details are complete or correct. Check the details with the company before you apply or rely on them.
• You apply on the company's own site or by its own process. Their terms and privacy policy apply there, not ours.
• We may edit, reorder, hide or remove any listing or company page at any time.
• If you represent a company and want a listing corrected or removed, email hello@sportsjobs.asia.

Paid services

We may offer paid services, such as posting or promoting a job. Prices and what's included are shown before you pay. Paid listings must follow these terms and any listing rules shown at the time, and we may decline or remove one that doesn't. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Refunds are at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise.

Using the site

Please don't:

• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• post or send false, discriminatory or offensive content, including job ads;
• try to break, overload or get round the security of the site;
• copy the site or its content in bulk to build a competing service.

Content and trademarks

The site's design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Job details, company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the company and its jobs.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including companies' job pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranty and our liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties about it and we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from any listing, or from dealings between you and a company. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed; using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
